As a Bartender, You Will

  • Advise guests regarding contents of drinks, cocktails and beer
  • We want you to share your knowledge on our products
  • Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service
  • Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware
  • Provide seamless guest service while ensuring they have a memorable experience by providing timely service with an upbeat and positive personality
  • Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

  • Flexibility

  • Our servers will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends

What You Bring

  • High end bartending experience considered an asset
  • Good working knowledge of classic cocktails
  • Advanced wine knowledge i.e., strong regional old world wine knowledge
  • Knowledge of Aloha POS is an asset
