We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Keyholder. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

As a Keyholder, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries and provide them with expert advice on pet care products. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising within the store.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail at all times.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of two years' experience in retail or customer service;
• Working knowledge of POS systems;
• An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills;
• The ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repetitively;
