Important Information:

The position requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs. Shiftwork weekend availability is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

Several years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Keen eye for detail, innovative and interested in creating a 5star experience
