    Esri Canada has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager on the Property Assessment team, who will lead the promotion and adoption of Esri Canada's geographic-assisted mass appraisal software, Assessment Analyst and related Professional Services.

    Built on Esri's world-leading ArcGIS platform, Assessment Analyst is a powerful platform for Property Assessment professionals supporting data creation, data maintenance, data analytics, property administration and full valuation application that integrates GIS, building sketches, imagery, property data, and analytics into a turn-key COTS application.

    An energetic, action and results driven professional is needed to execute business development activities and focus on selling solutions including software, professional services, and training.

    Account Manager responsibilities:

    • Execute account management strategies designed to facilitate the implementation of business relevant solutions within a portfolio of targeted accounts.
    • Develop and drive new accounts and expand existing accounts by selling software and professional services that align to the business objectives of the account.
    • Manage and coordinate sales activities for assessment accounts and assigned partners on an ongoing basis, continually seeking to promote, expand, provide excellent service, and/or create new business opportunities.
    • Work closely with the Professional Services consulting practice to respond to RFPs and ensure successful implementations of our technology & services.
    • Leverage industry knowledge and customer relationships to understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
    • Build, monitor, leverage and own a business development pipeline including new & existing accounts.
    • Assist the Managing Director, Assessment in setting sales objectives, targets, and timing.
    • Develop and maintain ongoing account analysis and account management/penetration strategies for individual accounts.
    • Work with the Sales Administrator & Professional Services team to ensure timely invoicing as appropriate.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders the preparation and execution of client contracts.
    • Collaboratively work with the Marketing and Technical Support department in preparation for trade shows, user conferences, client presentations/seminars and supporting marketing collateral
    • Assist the Managing Director, Assessment in the preparation and submission of annual budgets, strategic plans, monthly forecasts, analysis, and expenses in conjunction with ongoing business requirements, priorities, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction to our customers

    Specific skill requirements:

    • University degree or college diploma, preferably in property assessment, geography, geomatics, GIS or computer science
    • 5+ years of successful experience selling software solutions, preferably GIS, geospatial, or CAMA (computer-assisted mass appraisal) property assessment software & services.
    • Sound understanding of solving business problems in property assessment, using GIS and geospatial technology.
    • Experience developing large, complex business relationships with large enterprise customers.
    • Self-starter with high level of energy and enthusiasm
    • Able to travel extensively throughout North America as per the needs of the business & tradeshows.
    • Industry knowledge in GIS and/or in property assessment

    Considered as assets for this position:

    • A specialization or graduate degree/diploma/certification in Real Estate

    Competencies in the following are essential:

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Sound understanding of Esri's GIS technology.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

    Nous avons besoin d'une professionnelle ou d'un professionnel énergique, et axé(e) sur l'action et les résultats pour mener des activités de développement des affaires et de vente de solutions comprenant des logiciels, des services professionnels et des formations.

    La ou le gestionnaire de compte devra :

    • Exécuter des stratégies de gestion de compte conçues pour faciliter l'implantation de solutions d'affaires au sein d'un portefeuille de comptes ciblés.
    • Aller chercher de nouveaux comptes et élargir les comptes existants par la vente de logiciels et de services professionnels qui correspondent aux objectifs commerciaux des comptes.
    • Gérer et coordonner les activités de vente pour les comptes d'évaluation et les partenaires désignés sur une base continue, en cherchant toujours à promouvoir et à développer les ventes, à fournir un excellent service et à créer de nouvelles occasions d'affaires.
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des services professionnels pour répondre aux demandes de propositions et assurer la mise en œuvre réussie de notre technologie et de nos services.
    • Tirer parti de sa connaissance de l'industrie et de ses relations avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins complexes sur le plan des affaires et sur le plan technique.
    • Créer, surveiller, exploiter et gérer un pipeline de développement des affaires, y compris des comptes existants et nouveaux.
    • Assister la directrice générale ou le directeur général, Évaluation, dans la définition des objectifs de vente, des cibles et du calendrier.
    • Mettre en place et poursuivre les stratégies d'analyse continue, de gestion des comptes et de pénétration pour les comptes individuels.
    • Collaborer avec l'administratrice ou l'administrateur des ventes et l'équipe des services professionnels pour assurer une facturation en temps utile.
    • Coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes la préparation et l'exécution des contrats avec les clients.
    • Collaborer avec les services de marketing et d'assistance technique à la préparation des salons commerciaux, des conférences des utilisateurs, des présentations ou séminaires pour les clients et du matériel de marketing correspondant.
    • Aider la directrice générale ou le directeur général, Évaluation, à préparer et à présenter les budgets annuels, les plans stratégiques, les prévisions mensuelles, les analyses et les dépenses en fonction des exigences opérationnelles, des priorités, des politiques et des procédures en vigueur.
    • Assurer un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle et de satisfaction de nos clients.

    Formation, expérience et aptitudes nécessaires

    • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial, de préférence en évaluation foncière, géographie, géomatique, SIG ou informatique.
    • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience fructueuse en vente de solutions logicielles, de préférence des logiciels et services SIG, géospatiaux ou CAMA (systèmes d'évaluation de masse assistés par ordinateur) pour l'évaluation foncière.
    • Bonne compréhension de l'utilisation des technologies géospatiales et SIG pour régler des problèmes commerciaux en évaluation foncière.
    • Expérience dans l'établissement de relations d'affaires étendues et complexes avec de grandes entreprises clientes.
    • Autonomie, avec beaucoup d'énergie et d'enthousiasme.
    • Capacité à voyager beaucoup en Amérique du Nord selon les besoins de l'entreprise et les salons professionnels.
    • Connaissance du secteur des SIG ou de l'évaluation foncière.

    Compétences considérées comme des atouts

    • Spécialisation, certification ou diplôme d'études supérieures en immobilier.

    Aptitudes essentielles

    • Grandes aptitudes à communiquer verbalement et par écrit.
    • Bonne compréhension de la technologie SIG d'Esri.
