    Job Description

    The Human Resources Intern is involved in supporting the HR department with various tasks and projects.

    • Assist in entering applicant information.
    • Assist in screening applicants and recruiting.
    • Organization of employee records and data entry.
    • Scanning, copying, and filing of HR-related documents.
    • Check and maintain HR email inbox.
    • Assist with monthly Organization Chart.
    • Audit HR systems and files.
    • Create and edit content for intranet.
    • Conduct basic research on HR-related topics such as HR Trends
    • Observe and document current HR processes, workflows, and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement. This could include creating flowcharts, process maps, and other visual aids to clearly illustrate current workflows.
    • Other duties as assigned by the HR team
    Qualifications
    • Post-Secondary student
    • Experience working in MS suites is an asset.
    • Strong organization skills
    • Self starter, able to work independently
    • Able to work in a team based environment with multiple stakeholders
