As an T&E Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for processing payments in a timely and accurate manner for Breakthru Beverage Canada.

Reports To:
Director, Finance


Responsibilities:


  • Process all vendor payables in a timely manner
  • Process Supplier/Customer Invoices
  • Ensure appropriate chargebacks for A&P Expenses
  • Account Reconciliations for AP General Ledger accounts and Bank
  • Generate monthly reporting as required.
  • Prepare and perform check runs
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
  • Prepare analysis of accounts
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills, including intermediate Excel and MS Office
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Good analytical and business planning skills
  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problemsolving skills
