YOUR DAY-TO-DAY


The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing our multi-site facilities to ensure their reliable and efficient operation, direct the preventive and predictive maintenance programs and manages our leasing and building.

This role also aims to provide employees with an efficient and optimum working environment by proactively seeking opportunities to enhance workplace experience by providing office support services to the highest level and a great deal of flexibility to meet the ever-changing employee needs.


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage costefficient Office Services in line with the local Principles & Practices and Terms & Conditions negotiated with the service providers.
  • Design and lead strategies and action plans related to office space, submit occupation plans, keep track of staff moves and departmental reorganizations, future projections and organize adequate accommodations to maximize space utilization.
  • Provide employees with an efficient and optimum working environment by proactively seeking opportunities to enhance workplace experience by providing office support services to the highest level and a great deal of flexibility to meet ever changing employee needs.
  • Manage RBH owned building and thirdparty building management team in all facets of building management and ownership.
  • In collaboration with CPMI, approve strategies and action plans related to available leased office space, review and approve proposed lease agreements. Maintain controls and analyze costs to maximize the cost effectiveness of the operation and infrastructure.
  • Maintain a forward outlook to ensure best future projections regarding space utilization by canvassing the market for rental comparisons. Propose ongoing repairs to ensure proper upkeep of building.
  • Establish plans, defend investments and budgets, maintain controls, and analyze costs to maximize the cost effectiveness of the operation and infrastructure.
  • Supervision of Car Fleet provider services to ensure high quality service to Company's Employees. Maintain RBH Fleet practice and ensures conformity of all employees.
  • Manages inputs for budget and capex requirements for general services, health & safety, fire prevention, security and car fleet through line management and integrate this planning into business plans and budgets, ensuring that appropriate resources and structures are in place to cope with the objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze expenses in all areas and strive to optimize expenses without harm to quality of services or goods.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Minimum 710 years of relevant work experience in project management, corporate real estate or workplace.
  • Familiarity with matrixbased organization is an asset.
  • Energetic and detailoriented with a professional serviceoriented demeanor
  • A team player who is respectful and supports/ communicates constructively.
  • Selfstarting, proactive, responds well to change.
  • Experience preparing multiwork stream status reports and managing project issues/risks.
  • Experience with workplace strategy solutions and workplace trends

The position has a salary range between $145,000 and $164,000.
