Description
Bytown Catering at The Corrections Canada Training Academy is looking for an energetic Line Cook to join our team. We serve up to 90 recruits' 7 days a week in a cafeteria setting.


Applicants must be able to pass a government security clearance at own cost before starting the position
We are looking for applicants who are positive, punctual and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

This position is full time.


Requirements:


  • Applicant must have at least 2 years' experience working a line in a similar environment
  • Applicant will be required to prep on a daily basis, cook, clean, and interact with recruits in a positive professional manner
  • Will be required to work minimum 8 hour shifts, but could be longer as requirement of the job changes

Open availability to work weekends and holidays
Drivers' license an asset

Working in other Bytown Catering locations within the city for catering events is also possible

Wage will be determined based on experience

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
