What you'll do here:


You will act as a key member of the project team for the development of reporting tools and analytics solutions across Arup.

You will be responsible for managing our ongoing suite of Power BI dashboards and leveraging advanced analytical techniques to build predictive models that inform business decisions.


You are someone who:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to track performance and inform decisionmaking
  • Develop and implement predictive models using advanced analytical techniques
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Utilizes data to identify patterns and trends, and deliver insights from these findings
  • Can use context and business knowledge to add meaning to data and structure predictive models to have meaningful results
  • Regularly monitor and update models to ensure they remain accurate and effective

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with leveraging Power BI to develop data visualization (including familiarity with DAX)
  • Strong coding skills in at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with machine learning techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
