The opportunity:


Our team is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to support our Experienced and Campus recruitment team in the execution of the employee onboarding activities.

**What you will do

  • Work with the national IT team in order to coordinate equipment shipping to new hires
  • Provide regular and effective communication to the various stakeholders and ensure issues and obstacles are escalated appropriately.
  • Support the Experienced Hire and Campus Recruitment Teams in administrative duties including updating and advertising job postings.
  • Support the Campus team in coordination of activities during peak campus season.
**What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
  • Minimum of 12 years of previous coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn different business processes
  • Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a highvolume environment, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic recruitment processes or experience is an asset
  • Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and a strong aptitude and comfort with ATS and other tools/technology
  • Ability to quickly develop a good knowledge of KPMG's structure, services and processes

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities based on requirements of multiple stakeholders
