    Project Management Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our national operations across Victoria, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto. This is a full-time permanent role with the opportunity to manage exciting projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about their work.

    The key to a successful project lies in leadership and accountability. As a Project Manager you will define the schedule; ensuring goals are met and communication is maintained among team members.

    This position offers the potential for growth into larger more challenging projects with endless opportunities for professional development.


    Responsibilities:



    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project safety plans, setting standards of excellence in health and safety practices and procedures

    • Developing estimates by collaborating with trade contractors to secure new business opportunities

    • E nsuring all aspects of project execution meet design specifications while staying within budget constraints

    • Maintaining client relationships through effective value engineering proposals that provide benefits related to functionality cost or time savings

    • Leading performance reviews regarding project status progress resources utilized along regular reporting schedules including forecasts costs Labour Cost Reports (LCR) Project Costs Forecast (PCF)

      • < li>Pursuing change order negotiations processing assessments managing scope impacts on estimated costs which may sometimes involve complex calculations negotiate assessment assess warranty manuals archiving document maintenance also handling training junior staff mentoring them throughout careers enhancing skills employing good processes maintaining quality consistency delivering each aspect professionally

      The ideal candidate should possess experience handling multiple large scale ($50M+) projects knowledge ideally gained using P6 scheduling software as well experience acquired utilizing LEED ISO 9001:2015 building techniques management best practices.
      The incumbent would effectively mentor younger colleagues perform effectively prioritize lead direct reports aim at enhanced efficiency guiding toward advanced stage career advancement considering continuous proactive problem-solving collaborative outcomes creative efficient ways multi skill broad versatility.
