We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, promoting our construction, maintenance and turnaround services, and contributing to the growth of our business in the Peace region.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

This permanent position is based out of our Sherwood Park office. Other location options are Lloydminster or Cold Lake._****_
This position requires 30% travel and will be primarily day trips._**
What would you be doing?

  • Identify and target potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors within the Peace region.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct indepth consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations of our construction, maintenance, and turnaround services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights to the management team.
  • Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum 5 years' in a Business Development role within oil and gas or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in fieldbased sales, preferably in the construction or industrial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction, maintenance and turnaround services.
  • Selfmotivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Peace region and its industrial landscape is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
