We are hiring for:
The
National Bank Open is a tennis tournament that takes place from August 5th-13th.

Description:

As ISS Supervisor you will work with the ISS Manager to supervise all of the In-Seat Service concession stands, as well as supervise and assist with overall service/running of orders.

You will ensure that proper procedures are followed and customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner, and you will be required to deliver food and beverage orders to fans in their seats when staff are on breaks or there are rushes.

You will be the liaison between the leads and other departments, such as Beverage Inventory, and M&O management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Will be responsible to assist and ensure that each In-Seat Service concession is setup, including unlocking fridges, setting up merchandisers, replenishing/stocking fridges, etc.
Ensure all staff in your concessions are arriving on time, and are receiving their breaks.
Ensure that all staff serving alcohol will adhere to the M&O alcohol policy (should be posted on every location selling alcohol).
You will need to have a good understanding of the POS system, and assist in training leads and cashiers on all necessary procedures.
Must ensure that condiment stations are setup according to specifications.
Make sure that all staff are working to ensure each location will be ready for opening.
