As the Product Manager for Software Experience, you will be responsible for driving user engagement, retention, and seamless onboarding experiences for our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the software aspects of our product strategy, while ensuring that we build impactful features that align with our vision.

Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
  • Lead the discovery process by conducting customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Develop and iterate on customer journey maps to optimize user engagement and retention.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate tomarket plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering & data teams to bring features from concept to launch.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of fitness industry trends and competitor offering.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal and UX teams on cuttingedge technologies.
  • Evaluate user engagement metrics segmented by customer persona to identify potential product enhancements and opportunities.
  • Synthesize user analytics. Benchmark data, and fitness expertise to develop tailored workout regimens for our customer base.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • You excel at macrolevel thinking while also being meticulous about the finer details.
  • You possess an innate ability to identify outstanding products and can champion new features using both evidencebased and intuitive arguments.
  • Your commitment to your product and team knows no bounds; whether it involves drafting detailed PRDs, quality assurance reviews, or getting to the core of user dissatisfaction.
  • You're skilled at transforming vague or conflicting information into concrete action plans.
  • Your communication style is both empathetic and exceedingly clear, ensuring you connect well with all stakeholders.

Necessary Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working on technologypowered products, either as an associate product manager or product manager.
  • Ability to work some evening hours to collaborate with Dev team in Asia.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and datadriven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, agile environment.
  • Prior experience in the fitness industry.
