WordPress/Formidable Forms Expert Needed for Multi-Brand Diagnostic Platform

Job description
We are building a scalable diagnostic and assessment platform using WordPress and Formidable Forms.The goal is to create a multi-brand system that supports lead generation tools, paid diagnostics and professional assessment workflows (similar to PointerPro).
We already have hosting, domain and WordPress experience. We are looking for a senior expert to help us set up the core architecture quickly and correctly.This is NOT a full custom development project.
The initial goal is to configure the platform so we can manage and scale internally, with ouside help if need be .
Phase 1 – Immediate setup (priority)We need help with:
1-Configuring a secure WordPress instance on a dedicated subdomain.
2-Installing and configuring Formidable Forms and required add-ons.
3-Setting up a scalable multi-brand structure:
- URL parameters (brand, offer, campaign)
- Hidden fields
- Segmentation.
4-Creating one simple diagnostic example:
- /- 10 questions
Score calculation
Basic report page (Formidable View).
5- Email automation and basic PDF report.
Clear documentation so our internal team can scale.
This phase should be relatively quick : This initial phase is focused on setup and architecture only. The core work should require only a few hours, with completion expected within +/- one day. The goal is also to build trust and explore a potential long-term collaboration
IMPORTANT
We are looking for someone who understands:
architecture and scalability
business workflows
automation and reporting.
We are not looking for basic WordPress or design work.
FUTURE PHASES
If the collaboration works well, we may extend to other projects and phases, ie: :
advanced diagnostics
dashboards
automation
API integrations
Additional information
The diagnostic content is in French, but the technical setup and communication can be in English.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
