Stenberg College has an opening for a full-time Student Logistics Coordinator.
About the Role:
The Student Logistics Coordinator independently performs the required complex administrative tasks and coordination related to textbooks, supplies, and contractor workshops for a portfolio of programs in the diploma division.
They are the primary support person for students, faculty, and staff related to the successful delivery of these aspects of the programs within their portfolio.
They complete tasks both on-campus and remotely.-

What You Will Do:
- You will maintain strong knowledge of all student workshops and certifications required.
- You will maintain strong knowledge of all textbooks and supplies required.
- You will maintain strong working knowledge of Student Handbook policies related to workshops and supplies.
- You will book & coordinate required program workshops with internal and external contractors.
- You will order, track & distribute required program textbooks and supplies.
- You will oversee lab supply orders and support with submitting orders, tracking shipments, and receiving deliveries.
- You will use the Learning Management System (LMS) and student database to complete tasks such as creating student groups for workshops, creating supply signoff sheets, etc.
- You will contribute textbook, supply and workshop data to quarterly reports and accreditations, when applicable.
- You will use virtual meeting rooms to attend scheduled meetings, as required.
- You will assist with teambased administrative tasks and projects, as required.
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of two years experience in a fastpaced logistics, inventory management, or similar administrative role.
- You have a minimum of two years post secondary education, preferably.
- You have exceptional computer proficiency, ability to learn new softwares and procedures.
- Previous health care, nursing, and/or human services knowledge would be an asset.
- Previous experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or large databases would be an asset.
Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
