Responsibilities:

• Provide highlevel project management to the executive team, managing marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing and ecommerce strategies.
• Develop and maintain an organized system for managing digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval of project files.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry, aiding in formulating marketing strategies.
• Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and conferences, including managing resources and setting up schedules.
• Monitor and maintain the company's social media presence, including content strategy and postscheduling.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, marketing techniques, and software advancements, continuously enhancing skills.
• Support the executive team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• A degree or studying in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing project management, with a strong background in digital marketing and ecommerce.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistent branding and adherence to marketing guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams remotely.
• You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and take the initiative in a remote, fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and ecommerce platforms is required.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools is a plus.
• A positive and proactive attitude and passion for creating efficient systems and workflows.
