• Support for administrating Microsoft/Office365, Cloud Services, e.g., Azure.
• Set up routers and switches and configuring appropriate vlans.
• Troubleshoot issues on the network, both software and hardwarebased.
• Provide support to end users, partners, management, employees and customers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a network technician.
• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technology, protocols, and security.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to perform network repairs outside of business hours.
• Aptitude for customer support.
