Description

Kinnect Support Services is a social services partner that provides trained staff support to various organizations in need of relief staff.

Our team offers superior support to Agencies, Organizations, and Institutions that work with adolescents' youth, adults, and seniors who experience behavioral, social, emotional, physical, and psychiatric difficulties.


Schedule:
Friday - Sunday


Responsibilities:


  • Liaises with clients and staff
  • Respond to scheduling inquiries from clients.
  • Handling last minute schedule changes and filling open shifts in a timely manner
  • Escalate emergency related calls, as required, to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain the scheduling software (Connect Teams) and related booking availability data in an accurate and timely manner based on the needs of clients and staff.
  • Acts as a problem solver for clients and responds to all inquiries
  • Ensure that calls from staff related to coverage request changes due to illness or other unplanned circumstances are addressed, with replacement coverage sourced and secured with mínimal disruption to scheduled client support services.
  • Reports client and staff concerns to Supervisor

Qualifications:


  • Previous data entry experience along with a good working knowledge of computer software such as, but not limited to, Word & Excel is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to take initiative required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with staff and a wide variety of clients is essential.
  • A willingness and ability to accept calls any time during day and night
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain professionalism always under stressful situations
  • Ability to identify problems and proactively act if needed
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.

On Call: 2 years (required)
