Description
Paradigm Fleet is hiring an experienced Sales & Leasing Consultant to expand our Business Account Sales Team. Specializing in Commercial vehicles, we offer an excellent work environment, full Management support and a performance-based compensation package. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious team player to grow with us


Responsibilities:


  • Provide quality assistance to our online, phone and walkin Clients
  • Identify Clients needs through our proven sales process
  • Assist qualified Clients with test drives
  • Consult with our Management Team during the sales transaction
  • Utilize the Business Development Team to reach out to new and former Clients
  • Set and meet sales goals as established with the Management Team
  • Establish long term relationships with Clients to assist with growing and maintaining their fleets

Qualifications:

  • Automotive or related sales experience is preferred
  • Strong work ethic
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team
  • The vision and ability to commit to their own longterm success
  • A valid driver's license
  • A valid OMVIC license
Offering a Salary + Commission pay structure based on performance.
