- Oversee bookkeeping functions, including expense tracking and reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable/payable processes
- Process payroll and adhere to payroll compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with year‑end close
- Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements
- Support grant reporting, funding applications, and investor documentation
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and systems
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience with small to mid‑size companies, tech, or consulting environments is an asset
