Description

We are seeking a part-time experienced Bailiff to join our team.

The Bailiff will be responsible for repossession services, including repairers lien enforcement, warehouse lien enforcement, and asset recovery (mostly vehicles).

This position will be based in Regina, SK and may need to travel within the province.
Work hours are not set and will require evening and weekend work.
The Bailiff will also have administrative duties including processing forms and keeping updated reports, among others duties as necessary.
This individual will be confident working closely with customers, landlords, bailiffs and vendors to facilitate a successful process.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Review all documentation on new files daily.
Understand legality of contracts and appropriate escalation for securing assets
Daily file reports, registering seizures and updates.
Act in accordance with Consumer Protection BC

Skills/Abilities:

More than a year of related experience
Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective and diplomatic verbal and written communications skills to create strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and partners within the recovery process, and internal departments
Driver's license and own a reliable vehicle

Wage depending on the experience.
