• Experience in architecture or construction is a bonus as is knowledge of passive house architecture and construction
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office and various industry related softwares is required
• Implement and enforce a Workforce Opportunities and Participation plan to create First Nation employment and contracting opportunities
• Create and manage a worksite safety plan and administer the company's health and safety program manual
• Develop ideas, initiatives, and activities to make the company better
• Seek out volunteer work opportunities

- manage the company's online presence by developing a strategy, producing content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns

• Produce operation and maintenance manuals and maintain warranty programs
• Seek out new opportunities for the company on BC Bid and Merx
• Develop tree planting and carbon load analysis programs
• Organize preconstruction passive house meetings and training
