The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) is seeking diligent and hard-working individuals with a passion for the events industry. As an Ice Official you will provide direction and guidance to a small team on-site with a safety-first mindset.Responsibilities
- Service ice surfaces prior to games, during and between game periods
- Inspect nets move nets as necessary Sweep shovel scrape edges of the ice surface Fill in with water where Zamboni misses etc Clean peg holes for nets Place nets after flood Clean boards board glass as necessary Assist pre-game post-game between period events as necessary Keep clean tidy work area Perform other related duties as assigned
