Freedom Physical Therapy offers a mix of physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, shockwave, IMS, rehab exercises to best serve the patients of Edmonton. We are looking for a passionate MOA/Admins to be part of our dynamic team

What will be asked of you:
- Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker
- You want metrics on how you are doing and what areas of the role you need help with
- We will train you on how to offer a great patient experience on the phone
- You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, invoice, collect payments, etc
- Love to help people even if the environment can be fastpaced at times
Preferred but NOT required:
- Prior work in retail e.g Zara, The Bay, Aldo, etc.
- Inbound and/or outbound phone experience
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. Medical office
- Medical Secretary Diploma
- Familiarity with physiotherapy, massage, chiro, acupuncture
- Familiarity with Blue cross, Medavie, Telus Portal, Provider connect, Nexgenrxbilling, Jane
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Learning new software and data entry
- Knowledge of general office procedures
