Logistics & Warehouse Specialist
Location:220 superior boulevard Mississauga,Ontario
On-site

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for warehouse management,maintain and updates daily statistics
• Regularly or irregularly check the quantity of equipment.
• Conducting import processes.
• Instruction and monitoring of shipments with weekly follow-up with freight forwarders and the head office abroad.
• External contacts with suppliers and carriers to exchange information about invoices, closing, tracking shipments and issuing CTE.
• Approval and correction of documents linked to the import (BL, Invoice, etc).
• Registration and maintenance of products in the logistics system.
• Issuance and release of notes/purchase orders in the logistics system. Launching and tracking shipments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above.
• Over 4 years logistic related working experience.
• Experience in import and export procedures, familiar with international transaction rules.
• Must have experience with Cargo Agents and Forwarding Agents.
• Prior experience with importing "heavy" / large-sized machines or equipment (such as forklifts, lifting platforms, cranes, "Yellow Line" equipment, vehicles, etc.) is essential.
• Skills: Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation, Problem solving.
