Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Major Account Manager to grow the overall account relationships with Cintas by representing all Cintas lines of business and coordinating all Cintas sales activity. Responsibilities include achieving revenue growth objectives per account for each line of business; implementing the strategic objectives of the business units; remaining current in industry trends; meeting or exceeding minimum sales activity requirements; and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing a high level of sales professionalism.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
• 5+ years' sales management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet/intranet
• Ability to travel up to 40-60%, including overnight

Preferred

• Contact Management System experience
• Experience in strategic customer sales situations with high-level decision makers

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $120,000 - $200,000/Year and is a combination of base salary, and annual target bonus, plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
