Sales Coordinator - Ottawa, Canada - R.W. Tomlinson Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, followup, and tracking
- Provide support to the inside sales team, including preparing sales reports, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer and sales data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Leverage technology to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and selfmotivation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
