Description
Principal Duties:
- Full Cycle Bookkeeping: AP/AR, preparing and posting invoices, monthend closing, bank reconciliations, and government remittances (HST, EHT, WSIB).
- Processing biweekly payroll in a timely manner
- Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements
- Professionally interact with employees, vendors and customers
- Administer employee benefits and HR functions.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
You are a team player and able to work well with other employees and outside customers and supplies.
Having worked in a specialized manufacturing is an asset, but not required.
Must have at least 3 years experience and be proficient in Quick Books Desktop with Job Costing and Microsoft Office.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
