Description

Principal Duties:

  • Full Cycle Bookkeeping: AP/AR, preparing and posting invoices, monthend closing, bank reconciliations, and government remittances (HST, EHT, WSIB).
  • Processing biweekly payroll in a timely manner
  • Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements
  • Professionally interact with employees, vendors and customers
  • Administer employee benefits and HR functions.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
The firm is looking for someone who will be invested in the company long term. We can offer flexible hours to assist with your schedule.

You are a team player and able to work well with other employees and outside customers and supplies.

Having worked in a specialized manufacturing is an asset, but not required.


Must have at least 3 years experience and be proficient in Quick Books Desktop with Job Costing and Microsoft Office.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
