The Partnerships team works on relationship-management, reporting, analytics, and strategy related to the growth of our direct to consumer personal lines distribution channels.

As a member of this team you will deliver reporting, insights, and support for the overall strategy to meet organizational goals and drive better business outcomes for our customers, our partners, and Aviva.

What you'll do:

  • Reporting and multifactor analysis on the state of the business
  • Using data to drive and support marketing strategy and initiatives
  • Developing and executing strategic initiatives to improve business outcomes
  • Monitoring and identifying trends through to their root cause and suggesting how the business might respond
  • Working with internal stakeholders to arm them with reporting, and insights to make better business decisions
  • Creating presentation materials like slidedecks and reports

What you'll bring:

  • Educational equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a likediscipline. Equivalent work experience equallyvalued. 4y+ Insurance industry experience (experience in Ontario Auto insurance required) 2y+ in a business/marketing/competitiveintelligence analyst or working Manager role
  • Experience making datadriven business decisions leading to better business outcomes
  • Ability to think through complex problems by performing highquality indepth data analyses
  • Answer data inquiries with visual representations of data and clear explanations
  • Create and maintain reports on business performance
  • Create dashboards and other reporting tools for internal use
