    OT Group is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our Customer Success and External Sales Teams through a blend of quote preparation and proactive outbound lead generation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to dive into the world of B2B sales with a role that offers both challenges and rewards.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Building and nurturing relationships with our business clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the perfect solutions.
    • Researching and identifying potential leads, then reaching out with confidence and charisma.
    • Showcasing our products and services, demonstrating how they stand head and shoulders above the rest.
    • Working closely with our Customer Success and External Sales Team to prepare quotes and generate leads.
    • Making your mark with outbound calls, spreading the word about what makes OT Group special.
    • Smashing targets and setting new benchmarks for success.
