    We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team.

    This role will work closely with our PTC Manager and will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, including P&C operations, benefits management, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee relations, emergency response, and overall departmental efficiency.

    This position demands versatility and a robust understanding of HR practices to support our globally recognized team of over a hundred employees

    Maintain and update HR administrative tasks, including guidelines, policies, employee files, and benefits enrolment for both US and Canadian staff.

    Contribute to the development, revision, and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, forms, and practices.
    Handle HR-related inquiries and assist in implementing necessary disciplinary actions.
    Coordinate and lead performance and salary reviews.

    Administer new hire contracts, actively participate in the onboarding process, contribute to the off boarding process, and conduct exit interviews.

    Stay current with federal, provincial, and state employment laws and compliance requirements for US and Canadian staff.
    Participate in special projects and take the lead on initiatives such as Amelio Analysis and other strategic projects.
    Manage and organize all employee events in collaboration with the Dulcedo Social Committee.
    2-5 years HR experience with a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
    ~ Proficiency in working in both French and English is a strong asset - You will interact regularly with colleagues from across the continent so fluency in both languages is highly beneficial.
    ~ Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    ~ A strong educational background in HR or Industrial Relations or in a related field, coupled with practical experience.
