Spa Delivery/Retail Associate

Position Type:
Part Time or Full time

Purpose:
The Spa Delivery/Retail Sales Associate will always provide excellent customer service to all customers. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions while assisting with spa installations, maintenance, repairs and technical troubleshooting.

You will also make customers feel welcome in our store, help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions.

Retail Associate Responsibilities
product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
Coordinate with other Retail Associates to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Ensure the store is kept clean and organized by completing daily task lists assigned by the Store Team Lead
Provide customer feedback to the Store/Greenhouse Team Leads
Spa Delivery Responsibilities
~ Follow the delivery process, including loading, installation and return of materials
~ Utilize work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
~ Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
~ Assist with repairs, maintenance, and installation of spa and hot tub equipment
~ Represent the Livingstone Outdoor brand
~ Assist with deliveries of various materials, goods, etc.

Prior experience in spa or hot tub repair, installation or maintenance, an asset.

• Possess a valid class 5 driver's license: an asset
• Excellent computer and phone skills (POS Systems, etc.)
• Experience in a retail store environment or similar role
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• The duties of the Spa Delivery/Retail Associate are carried out primarily in an outdoor environment.
• The workload and environment of the spa delivery/retail associate position do not generally increase employees' emotional or stress levels.
• Proofreading, repetitive movements such as typing (daily).
• Participates in group decision-making and projects (occasionally).

The Spa Delivery/Retail Associate works independently and in a team environment.

• Wide variety of tasks requiring the ability to manage multiple unrelated projects and make independent decisions (daily).
• Self-motivated and quality-driven to perform independent projects (daily).
