About the Assistant Resident Manager opportunity:

Maintenance Champion:
Own the maintenance and repair process of the property including painting, waste management, landscaping and snow removal.

Resident Ambassador:
Build strong relationships, deliver excellence with in-suite repairs to address concerns and maintain resident satisfaction.

What you need to succeed:

2 years' experience as a superintendent, janitor or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled Trades certification is an asset.
Basic proficiency with Computers.
Welldeveloped English oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned to meet business requirements.
Strong problemsolver with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
Ability to lift 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. frequently.
Highly organized and detailedoriented with proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
