About the Program
The Teacher Mentor for ECD is responsible for administrative and academic program management of the ECD under the supervision and guidance of the regional ECD Board Member. In many regions the TM is the focal point for ECD access, teacher recruitment and student registration. Depending on the size of the region, the Teacher Mentor may fulfill other key duties as well, thereby providing guidance, support and mentorship to the teachers of various centres.About the Role
The ECD Teacher Mentor (TM) is responsible for the effective delivery of religious education to the students by providing guidance, support and mentorship to the Pre-Primary 4 (PP4) and Kindergarten (KG) teachers of the Centre. The TM will report to the ECD Board Member to ensure the teachers receive meaningful support to facilitate students' understanding and articulation of the faith. The TM is responsible for providing administrative support to the teachers and collaborates with the Leadership Team in recruiting new educators. TM will need to be present at the Durham BUI Centre and be available virtually as needed.About You
