Job Requirements:


  • Registered or immediately eligible for registration, as a fully licensed Professional Geoscientist with the Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.
  • Master's degree or higher in earth science or related field and a minimum of 2 years related experience*; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in earth science or related field and a minimum of 4 years related experience*.

_Related experience must include mineral exploration, mining geology, geological mapping, or related, of which a minimum of two years has been in Canada

  • Experience with GIS tools, database systems, and graphic packages to produce maps and data products.
  • Experience managing projects and supervising contractors.
  • Experience in interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation to technical audiences.
  • Experience in the compilation, evaluation, and interpretation of geology, mineral resources, mineral deposits, geochemistry, or Quaternary geology.
