Job Description:

We are currently seeking an

IAM Authentication Business Analyst - L3 to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).

Position Overview:

This position is on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience organization.
Work closely with key stakeholders under the supervision of the I&AM Auth Control Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

Assists in identifying and resolving control compliance issues with authentication systems by working with internal departments to document, report and escalate update issues as needed.
Performs research on Authentication Control best practices and stays current on related concepts.
Performs evaluation of authentication system compliance against Authentication Control policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the various IAM & global risk teams for various information gathering.
Communicate Authentication Control Product efforts through user stories and project backlog.
Assist in the definition and management of appropriate Key Risk and Productivity Indicator (KRI & KPI) metrics.
Responsible for summarizing monthly accomplishments for executive reports.
