Description
ECC is seeking a Custodian for our project site. This position will be responsible for keeping facilities in clean and orderly condition. Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week.


In this position, you will:

  • Perform cleaning service for 12 on site trailers once to twice a week.
  • Cleaning of some of the trailers will need to be performed in environmental contaminated area.
  • Purchase cleaning products as needed, submit expenses timely
  • Undergo onsite training and orientation prior to start of work
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
  • In addition to the accountabilities above, other responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables may be assigned to the incumbent of this position

Requirements:


  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • One year of experience in experience in maintaining facilities
  • Must be able to pass background check and security clearance

Education
  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
