Our rapidly growing team is searching for a Payroll Clerk for a part-time position in our Vaughan office. This role will provide support to management by performing the weekly payroll tasks and working closely with the Controller.

We're searching for a driven and talented individual for our HVAC installation subsidiary.


Responsibilities

• Enter and audit all pay data into ADP Workforce payroll software
• Process weekly payroll for approximately employees
• Answer all employee queries
• Check and confirm timesheet reports against ADP Workforce
• Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
• Maintain employee files (electronic and paper)
• General payroll administration (new starters, leavers, temporary staff)
• Prepare and transmit employee termination, letter of employment, letter of hours
• Preparation of final pay in accordance with wage and hour laws
• Generate various payrollrelated reports
• Complete special projects as they relate to payroll information

Qualifications

• 2 + years of relevant work experience
• High level of organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Microsoft Office, Excel
• Strong work ethic
• Team oriented
• Experience with ADP Workforce is a plus, but is not a requirement
• Experience with Unions is a plus, but is not a requirement

$22.00-$23.50 per hour
