Ironclad Properties Inc.

is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent for our Winnipeg Market to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Leasing Department by providing a high-level experience for our potential tenants.

This position is being offered on a temporary assignment until September. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.


What You Will Do:


  • Demonstrate knowledge of product, features, benefits, and incentives currently being marketed to potential renters
  • Book and arrange viewings of show suite
  • Processing and signing of lease agreements
  • Update availability report and inform Property Management Department accordingly
  • Maintain show suite cleanliness
  • Monitor and Maintain Building Cleanliness
  • Ensure apartment is ready for resident to movein on agreed date.
  • Assist Head Office in meter readings upon occupancy of unit.
  • Assist Property Management Dept. in advertising as needed and gather information about respective market
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
  • General office duties, work in conjunction with all relevant departments at head office

You Will Bring:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; preferably in leasing of apartments
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service role providing superior service
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and a positive team player
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Must have a class 5 driver's license and access to vehicle to be able to commute between properties
  • Provide and maintain satisfactory criminal and vulnerable sector check upon hire
  • Must be willing to work from Wednesday through to Sunday
