Ironclad Properties Inc.

is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent for our Winnipeg Market to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Leasing Department by providing a high-level experience for our potential tenants.

This position is being offered on a temporary assignment until September. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.

What You Will Do:

Demonstrate knowledge of product, features, benefits, and incentives currently being marketed to potential renters
Book and arrange viewings of show suite
Processing and signing of lease agreements
Update availability report and inform Property Management Department accordingly
Maintain show suite cleanliness
Monitor and Maintain Building Cleanliness
Ensure apartment is ready for resident to movein on agreed date.
Assist Head Office in meter readings upon occupancy of unit.
Assist Property Management Dept. in advertising as needed and gather information about respective market
Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
General office duties, work in conjunction with all relevant departments at head office

You Will Bring:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; preferably in leasing of apartments
Minimum 3 years in a customer service role providing superior service
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong work ethic and a positive team player
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
Must have a class 5 driver's license and access to vehicle to be able to commute between properties
Provide and maintain satisfactory criminal and vulnerable sector check upon hire
Must be willing to work from Wednesday through to Sunday
