At Fresh St.

Market's Grocery Department, we provide a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products with a strong emphasis on local and specialty items designed to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.

We assist customers with any inquiry, maintain the cleanliness of product shelves and storage areas.

Reporting to the Grocery Leader, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Overview
Expert of the company vision, mission, and core values
Bring a positive attitude every day
Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work
Creating and maintain a great customer experience for both external and internal
Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
Ensure health and safety standards are executed
Organizing special promotions, displays and events

Street Credentials
Must have valid work authorization in Canada
Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekend and evenings
1+ years of Leadership experience in a Grocery or related field
Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work well with others in a high-pressure environment
Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
