Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistent quality of food.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably as a Front of House Manager or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling, bartending, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and vendors.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively.

Pay:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
