Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Prep Cook & Server to join our team.
As a Prep Cook, you will assist in the preparation of menu items, ensuring that all ingredients are properly measured and ready for cooking.
Your attention to detail and knowledge of food safety guidelines will contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Prepare wraps & paninis
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Prepare sauces and dressings
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Serve customers in a friendly & efficient manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment
