Schembri Property Management specializes in developing and operating rental accommodations within Southwestern Ontario. We dedicate ourselves to provide quality, worry free, safe and affordable housing rentals to our tenants. Our Waterloo office focuses on providing our tenants with an enjoyable housing experience specifically to off campus students.


Schembri Property Management is seeking dedicated leasing agents to join our Waterloo team to contribute to the overall success of our leasing team.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment.

Leasing Agent


Responsibilities:


  • Schedule viewings of units
  • Provide tours of vacant or soontobe vacant units to prospective tenants
  • Processing and signing of lease agreements
  • Assist with general office duties and leasing/operating team as required

Requirements:


  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
  • Previous experience in leasing and/or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Salary
- $ /hr.


Salary:
$19.00 per hour

Experience:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)
