IMMEDIATE OPENING - Technical Support Specialist Level II

Clarke North America div of TFI International is premium transportation services provider in Canada.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Technical Support Specialist Level II to join our team in the Concord Office.


Responsibilities:


  • Show leadership while assisting users with a range of technical issues.
  • Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of Windows, Office 365, Teams, Webex, and helpdesk system.
  • Perform computer and security audits, and system backups and recovery.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Provide timely updates on the tasks assigned.
  • Ability to provide support after hours and weekends on rotation basis.
  • Experience working with iSeries/AS400 environment would be an asset.
  • Experience working with Truckmate or other TMS would be an asset.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of 3+ year of postsecondary education.
  • Certification in network management and Windows server administration.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Cisco / Fortinet routers and switches, and network management tools.
  • Expertise in WAN design, routing protocols and routed protocols, and IP addressing concepts and standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Webservers, FTP servers, Office 365, MS Teams, Webex.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and routine duties.
  • Selfmotivated, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally may be required.

Salary:
$63,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
