JT Insurance Group is seeking a talented, energetic Office Assistant.- Office Duties: Office and general supplies kept in stock, receive and send mail
- Invoice customers
- Perform policy changes
- Follow up with Clients on outstanding items for their insurance
- Assist Brokers with Paperwork and data entry
Education and Experience:
- Administration Assistant 2 years' experience (preferred)
- Ability to get RIBO License to work with client files
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (word and excel)
- Ability to use a CRM software to manage clients
- Customer service skills including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and have a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entry
- Verbal and written communication skills
Schedule:
- No Nights or weekends
- Preferably 3 days per week
- Opportunity to work from Home to be negotiated
Pay:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

Hybrid remote in Pickering, ON
