  • Responsiblefor opening and/or closing procedures as per policy
  • Inventoryneeds
  • Dutiesas per requested by Manager
  • Qualifications

  • Experiencein all aspects of cooking, meat cutting, and making desserts
  • Banquetexperience an asset
  • Knowledgeof health, sanitary and fire regulations
  • Musthave food safe
  • Mustbe dependable, alert and reliable
  • Conditions:

  • workflexible shifts, varying hours
  • workingholidays, weekends and evenings can be expected
  • fulltime scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per 2 week pay period during busytimes, with less during quiet times.
