JOB OVERVIEW


As the Manager, Brand Marketing at CCS, you will lead and contribute to the development and launch of impactful national and regional marketing and advertising plans that will help achieve the organization's vision of championing world-leading outcomes in cancer prevention, treatment, and support.


This role is responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing in planning, implementing, and coordinating various advertising and brand marketing activities.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • Support the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing with all stages of advertising campaigns including brief development, campaign setup, execution, ongoing optimization and KPI tracking, and postcampaign analysis.
  • Manage national advertising campaign executions on all channels including TV, print, radio, OOH, online video, search, social and programmatic through strategy, content development, asset project management, and tracking support.
  • Lead ongoing search accounts (Always On & Grant) ensuring both are relevant and aligned to the CCS brand and its objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of small to midsized marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee and guide the creative process and our design team for materials produced in support of assigned advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with advertising and creative agencies to coordinate media planning, budgeting, creative development, and execution/optimization for various campaigns, including support of budget management and invoicing.
  • Manage the Coordinator, Brand Marketing
  • Works crossfunctionally with internal teams to develop marketing materials to support advertising and mission activities.
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of social media, search, and programmatic campaigns through various tools (Facebook Ads manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other agency resources).
  • Manage national brand alignment as brand advisor to internal stakeholders, corporate partners, and vendors, ensuring all partners have necessary, current assets and direction for brand aligned initiatives.
  • Create a positive work environment which attracts and retains high caliber colleagues and partners and highlights the talents and strengths of each team member.
  • Ensure that hiring practices are inclusive.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Postsecondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience supporting the execution of advertising campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship management, project management skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Experience in writing concise, impactful media planning and creative briefs.
  • Experience in a healthrelated environment or cancer organization is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including editing and presentation skills. French communication skills are considered a major asset.
  • Strong problemsolving, organizational and time management skills to prioritize and support a diverse workload in a fastpaced environment.
