Summary of Duties:
- Odette Picis Systems Administrator
- Liaise with vendor to implement system testing and upgrades
- Manage user accounts/groups
- BloodTrack Tx/Mobile PPI Application Administrator
- Provide tier 3 level support for Application related issues
- Manage user accounts/groups
- Provide training and support super users and normal end users
- Provide monthly reporting for new and existing departments/units
- Review data and provide identify and investigate of discrepancies
- Hardware setup and configuration
- Participate in cohabitation testing with IT Technical Services
Qualifications/Skills
- Experience and knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- 3 years working in Healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently and with others in an interdisciplinary team setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- University degree
