    Position Overview


    As a Member Service Representative 1, your service to members will power their financial goals and dreams. Excellent member service at StellerVista starts with listening and caring to the needs of our members so that they can make an informed decision based on customized advice.

    StellerVista 's sales goals and promotions are designed to ensure members receive proactive help to discover and obtain the products and services they need.

    In this role, you will help members by providing a wide variety of StellerVista products and services to meet their needs, answer questions, and assist with their day‑to‑day banking requirements. You will troubleshoot, problem‑solve, and assist with members needs as they come into the branch. Plus, you will prepare and complete the required documentation quickly and accurately, resulting in an easy, stress‑free experience for the member. You will assist members in different stages of their lives so they will be ready for their next financial milestone.

    (This position is a bargaining unit position)

    Schedule Description


    Tuesday‑Friday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

    **Note: These hours may be altered or increased due to operational requirements.

    Some travel between StellerVista branches (Sparwood & Elkford) may be required.

    Successful applicant must be available to work Saturdays when requested.

    Wage scale: $ per hour

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Do you have a secondary school diploma plus a minimum of six months experience in handling cash and dealing with customers in a sales & service environment; experience will have been gained through a financial institution or through a schoolwork experience program.

    OR

    • Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
